Why We Built This Site
Tennessee provides public access to many records, yet no single Haywood County office holds the whole history. The Haywood County Sheriff's Office keeps arrest, booking, jail, and warrant information. The Circuit and General Sessions clerk maintains charges, dockets, and dispositions. The Tennessee Bureau of Investigation operates the fingerprint-based state repository and Tennessee Open Records Information Services, while the Tennessee Department of Correction and Tennessee Sex Offender Registry cover separate parts of the record system. This site brings the documented request routes, contacts, portals, and available fee details together.
