1. What This Website Is

This is a private reference site operated independently of government. We neither store official criminal records nor retrieve them, conduct official background checks, or submit filings for visitors.

Our guides direct readers to the Haywood County Sheriff's Office, Circuit and General Sessions clerk, Tennessee Bureau of Investigation, and Tennessee Sex Offender Registry, as well as third-party research tools. Access to Tennessee government records is governed by the Tennessee Public Records Act, including Tenn. Code Ann. §§10-7-503 and 10-7-504. TBI criminal-history checks and dissemination operate under Tenn. Code Ann. §38-6-120.
